Common use of Pollution and Environmental Control Clause in Contracts

Borrower has obtained all permits, licenses and other authorizations which are required under, and is in material compliance with, all federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to pollution, reclamation, or protection of the environment, including laws relating to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of pollutants, contaminants, or hazardous or toxic materials or wastes into air, water, or land, or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport, or handling of pollutants, contaminants or hazardous or toxic materials or wastes. Borrower shall maintain all such permits, licenses, and authorizations current.
