All such policies shall be written to apply to all bodily injury, property damage or loss, personal injury and other covered loss, however occasioned, occurring during the policy term, shall be endorsed to add Landlord and any party holding an interest to which this Lease may be subordinated as an additional insured, and shall provide that such coverage shall be "primary" and non-contributing with any insurance maintained by Landlord, which shall be excess insurance only.
