Common use of Pollution Legal Liability Clause in Contracts

Including Onsite Cleanup and sudden and accidental pollution legal liability insurance on a named perils basis with a limit commensurate (in the reasonable opinion of the Insurance Consultant) with industry practice for like projects, sufficient to meet contractual requirements but not less than three million Dollars ($3,000,000). Such coverage can be included in the commercial general liability and umbrella or excess liability covers or provided separately.
