Common use of Polychlorinated Biphenyls Clause in Contracts

Polychlorinated Biphenyls. Employees required to remove or handle equipment or fittings containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), for which protective clothing must be worn, shall be paid an allowance of $1.97 for each hour or part thereof whilst so engaged.
