PolyPeptide Ownership. As between the Parties, PolyPeptide owns all rights in and to the PolyPeptide Intellectual Property. Except as expressly provided in Section 7.03(b) below, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to transfer or convey to CARA, expressly or by implication, any license or any other right, title or interest in or to the PolyPeptide Intellectual Property.
