Common use of Pool Safety Certificate Clause in Contracts

Pool Safety Certificate. 56.1 The Buyer acknowledges that any proposed shared pool to be built within the Scheme is not capable of receiving a Pool Safety Certificate at the time of entering into this Contract and further acknowledges receipt of a Notice of No pool safety certificate prior to entering into this Contract.
