Pooled Rate. In the event of that the payment to Customer for CyberKnife treatment services are unspecified and fall under a reimbursement payment methodology that is derived from a bundled, pooled, "hold back" or "capitated" arrangement, the reimbursement allocated to the technical and professional components of the CyberKnife treatment shall consist of a "Pooled Rate."
