Common use of Pools of Tickets for Purchase Clause in Contracts

Pools of Tickets for Purchase. The Rangers shall be afforded access to purchase tickets from a pool of tickets for Other Arena Events, and Licensor shall be afforded access to purchase tickets from a pool of tickets for Home Games, in each case subject to availability. Such tickets may be used by the Rangers or Licensor (as applicable) for their Affiliates, employees or other business purposes but may not be resold. Each ticket pool shall also be subject to such other procedures, restraints and limitations as may be determined by the Party offering access. In both cases, the Parties shall regularly coordinate and discuss with one another and accommodate the other’s reasonable requests for adjustment to the number and locations of the tickets in the pool.
