Poorly Performing Counselors. The Board uses evaluation results for removing poorly performing counselors beginning with the 2017- 2018 school year. The removal of poorly performing counselors shall be in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and any applicable provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in effect between the Board and the Tallmadge Teachers Association. The Board allocates financial resources to support professional development in compliance with State law and the SBOE's evaluation framework.
