Portfolio Management System. The Servicer will, at its own cost and expense, maintain the Portfolio Management System, or an alternative system of equal capability, and comply with its practices and procedures set forth in Exhibit B to protect the data on such systems.
Portfolio Management System. The manager shall maintain accounts for the Trust on the Manger's portfolio management system and provide financial and portfolio information for use in the preparation by the Trust of the Trust's registration statements, required reports and reports to the Trustees.
