Common use of PORTION OF BUILDING Clause in Contracts

PORTION OF BUILDING. In the event that any portion of the Building shall be taken or condemned for any public purpose (whether or not such taking includes any portion of the Premises), which taking, in Landlord's sole judgment, shall interfere materially with Landlord's use and operation of the Building or is such that Landlord determines that the Building cannot be restored to usefulness in an economically feasible manner, then Landlord shall have the option to terminate this Lease, effective as of the date specified by Landlord in its notice of termination.
