Common use of Portion of Drawings Clause in Contracts

Portion of Drawings. With respect to any parts of the Work for which only a portion is completely drawn or detailed or which are indicated on the Drawings for any particular area or location, all like Work shall conform to the portions so drawn or detailed and shall be deemed to continue throughout like areas or locations and shall include only such variations therefrom approved by Owner or Owner’s Representative as required to conform to the conditions of the actual Work, unless distinctly shown or noted otherwise.
