POS Terminal. The Merchant shall ensure that any utilized POS terminal complies with all applicable requirements as may be outlined by local laws, rules and regulations and by the Card Schemes. The Merchant is to ensure that the entry of a user's Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the Terminal/s is not recorded by CCTV.
