Annual Reviews. Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

For each student/patient assigned to the Program by Client, TES shall provide Client and the applicable parent(s) with a written progress report that shall identify current levels of performance and suggested goals of the student/patient at least five (5) business days prior mutually agreed upon dates such as scheduled IEP/IFSP meetings provided that TES has been given no less than ten (10) business days advance written notice of such IEP/IFSP meetings as required by Section 6(b) above.
Annual Reviews. An assessment of Client’s environment and activity will be performed with the Client on an annual basis. A review of all support requests, network issues and changes will be reviewed. Client equipment must be maintained under manufacturer’s warranty or maintenance contract or is in working order. Provider is not responsible for client equipment that is not maintained under manufacturer’s warranty or maintenance contract or that is otherwise out of order. All fees, warranties, and liabilities against Provider assumes equipment is under manufactures warranty or maintenance contracts or is in working order. Provider in its reasonable opinion and supported by manufacturer information, may designate certain equipment as obsolete or defective, and therefore exclude it from coverage under this Agreement. Provider may occasionally ask you to perform simple on-site tasks (e.g., powering down and rebooting a computer checking surveillance video equipment). You agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests. Provider will coordinate with the appropriate contractors and Client representative to ensure the below are completed appropriately. If Client is providing equipment (video cameras, electronics, software, etc.) to Provider for installation, Client agrees to have equipment delivered to site or other agreed upon location in advance of commencement of work. Failure to provide equipment in a timely manner may result in delays to the project schedule and completion. • Provide access to the work site during agreed upon times for work to be performed during Provider’s normal business hours. • Ensure that during agreed-upon work times, client shall provide keys, ID badges, security clearance, parking, and access to loading docks as may be required by Provider. • Clear the schedule in room(s) or office during these times so that Provider is not interrupted and forced to stop work prematurely. This includes Client personnel inquiring about the status or functionality of the project prior to the completion of the installation. • Client understands that if work is stopped at their request that it may result in changes to project schedule or result in rescheduling of the project. • Client shall inform Provider of any work areas where it has knowledge or reason to believe that facility may have hazardous materials such as Asbestos, Lead, or PCB’s.
Annual Reviews. Research faculty shall be reviewed by their department chairs on an annual basis. In cases where the faculty member has an active assignment in more than one department, the University shall determine the primary department for purposes of evaluation and shall notify the faculty member at the beginning of any appointment.

Each tenure-track bargaining unit faculty member who has not 25 received tenure and is not in the process of a tenure review will have an annual review 26 conducted by the department or unit head or designee. These annual reviews provide an 27 opportunity to evaluate the tenure-track bargaining unit faculty member’s performance and 28 offer an opportunity to address problems and to support faculty members in their progress 29 toward the mid-term and tenure reviews. 31 Mid-Term Reviews
Annual Reviews. Effective each January 1 during the term of this Agreement, the Chairmen of the Executive and Human Resources, Compensation and Employee Benefits Committees will review Executive's performance as Chief Executive Officer and will recommend to the Board (i) such annual increase in base salary as may be appropriate and in accordance with the Company's regular salary administration program and (ii) such award of incentive compensation for the prior year as may be appropriate. The Board will determine such annual increase in base salary and such award of incentive compensation.
Annual Reviews. The Parties shall conduct an annual detailed review of the Services then being performed by Service Provider. As part of this review, the Parties shall review the actual service volumes against the forecasted monthly volumes for the previous year, and forecast the service volumes for the next year. In addition, the Parties shall examine: (i) whether the Charges are consistent with DIR's forecasts, industry norms and Service Provider's representations, warranties and covenants; (ii) the quality of the performance and delivery of the Services; (iii) whether Service Provider has delivered cost saving or efficiency enhancing proposals; (iv) the level and currency of the technologies and processes employed; (v) the operations and technology strategy and direction; and (vi) such other things as DIR may reasonably require.
Annual Reviews. 8.5.1 In the Annual Review undertaken pursuant to Part 15.4 of this IIBA, CWS shall report to the Parties on all measures it has taken in accordance with this Article, Article 24 of the NLCA and PSAB, including relevant information on Contracts issued.
