Common use of Position; Duties; Location Clause in Contracts

Position; Duties; Location. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Executive shall hold the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Executive’s activities shall be as directed by the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly-sized companies. Executive shall devote Executive’s full business energies, interest, abilities and productive time to the proper and efficient performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement. Executive shall report to the President and Chief Executive Officer and shall work from our Bannockburn office and the Company reserves the right to require frequent business travel.
