Common use of Position; Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Position; Employment Period. a. Dental Express retains the Employee for temporary placement to perform duties consistent with the position of dental assistant, dental hygienist, or administration and agrees to do so for the period beginning on the date above and ending on the date which the Employee’s employment is terminated in accordance with paragraph 5 below. b. Employee understands that Dental Express may frequently require work at different placement sites. c. Employee understands that Dental Express cannot guarantee hours at any time throughout employment period.
