Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of the Company, and shall have such authority, duties and responsibilities as ordinarily assigned to the chief legal officer of a publicly traded entity. Executive shall also have such additional authority, duties and responsibilities as assigned to him by the Company from time to time with his consent.
