Common use of Position to be Held by Employee Clause in Contracts

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations President- General Counsel of Employer Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Employer (collectively, the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executives of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer President & Assistant General Manager and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer Senior Vice President & General Manager (the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Executive Vice President-Governmental Relations President of Employer Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described hereinhere. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the President and Chief Executive Officer of Employer (the "CEO") ). Any and all directives of the Company, CEO will take precedence over and override any directives of the President which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxxdirectly or indirectly conflict with those of the CEO.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations Operations of Employer and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer Human Resources for Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the President and Chief Executive Officer of Employer (the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.Employer as directed by Employer. 2

Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer Chief Accounting Officer for Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Vice President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of Employer (the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by b Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations Operations of Employer and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.

Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations Marketing of Employer and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.Company and the President of the

Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer of Employer (the "CEO") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer and Regulatory Compliance for Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Officer of Employer (the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer Company and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from a supervisor or his successor (the Chief Executive Officer ("CEOSupervisor") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx designated by Jack X. Xxxxxx.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations of Employer Marketing for Employer, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief President and Executive Financial Officer of Employer (the "CEOSupervisor") or such other executive of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. XxxxxxEmployer as directed by Employer.

Position to be Held by Employee. Employee is hereby employed and hired by Employer to serve and act as the Senior Vice President-Governmental Relations President and General Manager of Employer the Bossier Facility, and shall perform each and all of the duties and shall have all of the responsibilities described herein. Employee shall at all times report directly to and take directives from the Chief Executive Operating Officer of Employer (the "CEOSupervisor") of the Company, which presently is Mr. Xxxx X. Xxxxxx).
