Positive Airway Pressure Equipment. We cover continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and bi-level positive airway pressure (BIPAP) equipment when prescribed by a Plan Provider and your medical condition meets Health Plan’s criteria for being Medically Necessary. A Plan Provider must certify the continued medical need for positive airway pressure equipment.
