Positive Space Travel. In recognition of Executive’s service in a senior management role for the Company for many years, the following benefit is provided. During the term of his employment with the Company and for a period of five (5) years thereafter, Executive shall be entitled to passes for air travel on the flights of the Company (and any successor-in-interest to the Company) for Executive, his wife and children (up to age 21) on a positive space basis at no cost to Executive.
