Possession and Return of Lease and Rental Devices. 1.1 The Purchasing Entity is responsible for risk of loss to the Devices while the Devices are in Purchasing Entity’s possession. Purchasing Entity shall be relieved of all risks of loss or damage to the Devices during periods of transportation and de-installation.
