Common use of Possession by Allottee Clause in Contracts

After obtaining the occupancy/Completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Units to all the Allottees, it shall be responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of Allottees as per the local laws.
