Possession by the Allottee/s. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottee/s, it shall be the responsibility of the Vendor/Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee/s. After handing over possession of the Schedule-C Property to the Allottee/s (as per para 7.2), it shall be deemed that the Allottee/s has/have taken legal possession of the property and shall be liable for all the payments consequent thereto. However it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter No.2 to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.
