POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on the day of closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Closing shall be on or before July 29, 2019, subject to tenant’s rights on the tillable land.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate at Closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this Contract. Closing shall be on tender of merchantable abstract and title on or before August 23, 2019. The Closing shall occur at a place mutually acceptable to the parties and, in the absence of such an agreement, at Fehseke & Xxxx Law Offices in Fort Madison, Iowa.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate simultaneous with closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Closing shall be as soon as reasonably practical after merchantable title has been established, with a tentative closing date of January 6, 2020.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Closing shall be on or before February 1, 2021. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on or before February 1, 2021, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Seller shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate, subject to any existing farm tenancy, on closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Closing shall be on February 7, 2022, unless the parties agree on an earlier date. Buyers full possession shall be at the expiration of the existing farm tenancy on March 1, 2022.
POSSESSION CLOSING. If BUYERS timely perform all obligations, possession of the Property shall be delivered to BUYERS on July 1, 2022, and any adjustments of rent, insurance, taxes, interest and all charges attributable to the SELLERS' possession shall be made as of the date of possession. Closing shall occur after approval of title by buyers' attorney and vacation of the Property by XXXXXXX, but prior to possession by BUYERS. XXXXXXX agree to permit BUYERS to inspect the Property within twenty-four (24) hours prior to closing to assure that the premises are in the condition required by this Agreement. If possession is given on a day other than closing, the parties shall make a separate agreement with adjustments as of the date of possession. This transaction shall be considered closed the delivery of the title transfer documents to BUYERS and receipt of all funds then due at closing from BUYERS under the Agreement.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on or before February 28, 2022 , provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Closing shall be on or before December 1, 2021 in the offices of Lloyd, McConnell, Xxxxx & Xxxxx, L.L.P., 000 X. Xxxxxxxxxx, Washington, Iowa.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Sellers shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate on a projected date of August 8, 2016, provided Buyers are not in default under this contract. Buyers and Sellers may mutually agree to move the closing date from the projected date.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Conditioned on satisfaction of the terms and conditions of this Lease Purchase Agreement, Closing shall take place on a date no later than ten (10) days following the City’s approval of the Final Plans under Section 4.1, at a time to be agreed to by the City and Developer (the “Closing Date”). This purchase shall be considered "Closed" upon the Developer’s payment to the City of the Purchase Price and the City’s delivery to Developer of a duly executed special warranty deed in the form of deed attached as Exhibit G. All parties and individual signatories hereto further agree to make, execute and deliver such further and additional documents as may be reasonably requested by the other party for the purpose of accomplishing the transfer herein contemplated.
POSSESSION CLOSING. Possession/closing shall occur upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and appropriate deed with a projected date of March 27, 2019.
