Common use of POSSESSION OF CARD Clause in Contracts

POSSESSION OF CARD. 9.1 RHB Bank may at its sole and absolute discretion and without any liability whatsoever, withdraw the Card and/or any of the services by giving notice of thirty (30) calendar days and in such circumstances if it so deems fit to terminates the use of the Card by the Cardmember. In the event RHB Bank withdraws and/or terminates the use of the Card, the provisions of Clause 11.4 and 11.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary charges, being varied according to the circumstances of the case.
