Common use of POSSESSION OF CARD Clause in Contracts

POSSESSION OF CARD. 10.1 RHB Islamic Bank may at its discretion and without any liability whatsoever, withdraw the Card and/or any of the services by giving notice of thirty (30) calendar days and in such circumstances if it so deems fit to terminate the use of the Card, the provisions of Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes being varied according to the circumstances of the case.

POSSESSION OF CARD. 10.1 Except otherwise stated in this Agreement, RHB Islamic Bank may at its discretion and without any liability whatsoever, withdraw the Card and/or any of the services by giving notice of thirty (30) calendar days and may in such circumstances if it so deems fit terminate the use of the Card by giving notice of twenty-one (21) calendar days to terminate the Cardholder and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such withdrawal and/or termination. If RHB Islamic Bank withdraws and/or terminates the use of the Card, the provisions of Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes being varied according to the circumstances of the caseapply.
