Possession of Franchises, Licenses, Etc. The Company and its Subsidiaries possess all franchise, certificates, licenses, permits, and other authorizations from governmental political subdivisions or regulatory authorities, and all patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses and other rights, free from burdensome restrictions, that are necessary in any material respect for the ownership, maintenance and operation of their respective properties and assets and neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is in violation of any thereof in any material respect.
