Common use of Possession of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Possession of Insurance. The Company and its Travel Centers are, and as of the Closing Time and each Date of Delivery will be, insured in the manner described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus by insurers described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus or by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are customary in the businesses in which the Company is engaged and proposes to engage and the Company has no reason to believe that it will not be able to renew such insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage as may be necessary to continue its business at economically viable rates.
