Possession of Lease Documents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 2.03 of the Basic Servicing Agreement, the Servicer or its designee may hold the Lease Documents at locations in the continental United States. The Servicer will furnish to the Administrative Agent, as soon as practicable after receiving a request therefor, a list of all locations where Lease Documents are kept.
