Common use of Possession of Property Clause in Contracts

Possession of Property. Tenant has inspected the Premises and is familiar and satisfied with its present condition. The taking of possession of the Premises by Tenant shall be conclusive evidence that the Premises were in good and satisfactory condition at the time such possession was provided. An inventory of existing conditions may be attached hereto as an Exhibit. 15.1 Upon keys hand over Tenant/s understand that the premises is rented As Is condition. Tenant may choose to improve the cleanliness and general condition of the premises including AC closet and Vents.
