Surrender of Property. Contractor will ensure that the property will be returned to HCA in like condition to that in which it was furnished to Contractor, reasonable wear and tear expected. Contractor shall surrender to HCA all property upon the earlier of expiration or termination of this Contract.
Surrender of Property. Unless the Lease shall have been terminated pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, Tenant shall, upon the expiration or prior termination of the Term, vacate and surrender the Property to Landlord in the condition in which the Property was originally received from Landlord, except as repaired, rebuilt, restored, altered or added to as permitted or required by the provisions of this Lease and except for ordinary wear and tear (subject to the obligation of Tenant to maintain the Property in good order and repair during the entire Term of the Lease).
Surrender of Property. The Tenant shall, upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, surrender possession of, vacate and deliver possession of the Property to the Landlord in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Employee hereby agrees that upon termination of Employee’s employment, for whatever reason and whether voluntary or involuntary, Employee will immediately surrender to the Company all property and other things of value in Employee’s possession, or in the possession of any person or entity under Employee’s control relating directly or indirectly to the business of the Company.

In the event of a valid forfeiture, cancellation, or other termination of this lease, Lessee shall surrender to Lessor peaceable possession of the Leased Premises and at the written request of Lessor shall deliver to the Lessor a written relinquishment hereof, together with a copy, if requested by Lessor within thirty (30) days after termination of this lease, of its engineering progress maps showing any workings made or uncovered by Lessee on the Leased Premises. The Lessee's factual exploration, development and production data including drill core and assay results (but excluding interpretive information or data) from the Leased Premises shall be available upon request to the Lessor.
Surrender of Property. Contractor must surrender to the Department all Department Property upon the earliest of expiration or termination of this Contract.
Surrender of Property. In case of termination of this Agreement under the terms hereof or for any cause, GOLD STANDARD shall have no liability or obligation hereunder except for those, including reclamation obligations, already accrued at such date of termination. Upon such termination, GOLD STANDARD shall surrender the Property to Owner and shall deliver to them a written instrument in further evidence of such termination, in appropriate form for recording. GOLD STANDARD shall have the right but not the obligation, to remove from the Property all property belonging to or installed by it, including but not limited to machinery; equipment; buildings; structures; fixtures; ores, waste, and other materials; and concentrated products of ores or other materials (collectively, "Personal Property"). If GOLD STANDARD desires to abandon any Personal Property, GOLD STANDARD shall give Owner notice that Owner may elect to allow such Personal Property. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Article 15 and any relevant surface use agreement then in effect, if any terms or provisions of the surface use agreement shall control as to GOLD STANDARD's obligations of reclamation and removal of property from the surface.
Surrender of Property. On expiration or termination of this Agreement, NCG shall surrender the Property promptly to Owner and at NCG’s sole cost shall remove from the Property all of NCG’s buildings, equipment and structures. NCG shall reclaim the Property in accordance with all applicable Governmental Regulations.
Surrender of Property. 1. To the extent permitted under the laws of the requested Government and subject to the rights of third parties, all property relating to the offense shall at the request of the requesting Government be seized and surrendered upon the granting of the extradition. This property shall be handed over even if the extradition cannot be effected due to the death, escape or disappearance of the person sought.
2. The requested Government may make the surrender of the property conditional upon a satisfactory assurance from the requesting Government that the property shall be returned to the requested Government as soon as possible.
Surrender of Property. In the ninety (90) days prior to the expiration or termination of the Lease Term, and for up to ninety (90) days after the later to occur of: (i) Tenant fully surrenders to Landlord exclusive possession of the Property; and (ii) the termination of this Lease, Landlord may have an environmental assessment of the Property performed in accordance with Section 5.03.5 of this Lease. Tenant shall perform, at its sole cost and expense, any clean-up or remedial work recommended by the Consultant which is necessary to remove, mitigate or remediate any Hazardous Materials and/or contamination of the Property in violation of this Lease caused by the activities or negligence of the Tenant Group.
