Common use of Possible Recoupment of Certain Compensation Clause in Contracts

Possible Recoupment of Certain Compensation. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive shall be subject to the written policies of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) as well as laws and regulations applicable to executives of the Company, including without limitation the Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. Policy on Recoupment of Incentive Compensation and rules adopted pursuant to the Xxxx-Xxxxx Act, and any other Board policy, law or regulation relating to recoupment or “clawback” of compensation that may exist from time to time during Executive’s employment by the Company and thereafter.
