Post-Adjudication Secure Correctional Facilities. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of the placement of a juvenile into any public or private post-adjudication secure correctional facility, provided that the facility has been certified and registered in accordance with Texas Family Code Section 51.125.
