The Successful Respondent’s request to modify Small Business participation must be in writing to the Compliance Specialist, who has final discretion and authority to determine if the request should be granted. The Successful Respondent’s waiver request must contain the amount of relief being sought, evidence demonstrating why the relief is necessary, and any additional relevant information the Compliance Specialist should consider. The Successful Respondent shall include with the request all documentation of its attempts to subcontract with Small Businesses and any other action taken to locate and solicit a replacement Small Business.
