Common use of Post-Closing Requirements Clause in Contracts

Post-Closing Requirements. Borrowers shall complete each of the post closing obligations and/or provide to Administrative Agent each of the documents, instruments, agreements and information listed on Schedule 4.12 attached hereto on or before the date set forth for each such item thereon, each of which shall be completed or provided in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent.

Post-Closing Requirements. Borrowers shall complete each of the post closing obligations and/or provide to Administrative Agent each of the documents, instruments, agreements and information listed on Schedule 4.12 7.4 attached hereto on or before the date set forth for each such item thereonthereon (or such later date as Agent may agree in its sole discretion), each of which shall be completed or provided in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.

Borrowers shall complete each of the post closing obligations and/or provide to Administrative Agent each of the documents, instruments, agreements and information listed on Schedule 4.12 7.4 attached hereto on or before the date set forth for each such item thereon, each of which shall be completed or provided to Agent’s satisfaction as more specifically set forth on such Schedule 7.4, and as may be extended by Agent in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agentwriting in its sole discretion.

In the event of any conflict between Schedule 7.4 and any other provision of this Agreement with respect to the time within which Borrowers are required to comply with the items listed on Schedule 7.4, Schedule 7.4 shall control.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any other Financing Documents, Borrowers shall complete each of the post closing obligations and/or provide to Administrative Agent each of the documents, instruments, agreements and information listed on Schedule 4.12 7.4 attached hereto on or before the date set forth for each such item thereon, each of which shall be completed or provided in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
