Post-Closing Steps 12. As soon as practicable following the Closing Date the parties shall procure that Step 8 of the Post-Closing Steps is implemented in accordance with the Steps Plan and shall take and shall procure that each member of the Seller’s Group, the Investor’s Group and the ▇▇▇▇ Group shall take all such steps to duly execute all instruments, documents and agreements and do all such acts and things as may be reasonably necessary in connection therewith.
