Post Construction Monumentation Clause Samples
The Post Construction Monumentation clause requires the placement or verification of physical markers or monuments after construction is completed to accurately delineate property boundaries or specific project features. Typically, this involves a licensed surveyor installing or confirming permanent markers at designated locations, such as property corners or easements, to ensure the constructed work aligns with legal boundaries. This clause serves to provide lasting, verifiable reference points, thereby preventing future disputes over property lines and ensuring compliance with regulatory or contractual requirements.
Post Construction Monumentation. Provide post-construction survey monumentation for property pins that are disrupted by construction activities. Monumentation shall be documented per City approved standard format.
Post Construction Monumentation. AKS shall verify the disturbance (or non-disturbance) of existing monuments previously documented and recorded under Task 1.4. A post-construction survey shall be recorded with Clackamas County following construction and shall include all monuments replaced during construction and the verified locations of undisturbed monuments. If any impacts to existing monuments occur, AKS shall submit a supplement for work necessary to reset all monuments disturbed during construction.
