Common use of Post-Employment Restricted Services Obligation Clause in Contracts

Post-Employment Restricted Services Obligation. For twelve (12) months following termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, for any reason, Executive agrees not to provide Restricted Services to any Competitor in any geographic area in which the Company sold pre-kindergarten through higher level educational products and services during the twelve (12) month period preceding termination of Executive’s employment. During such twelve (12) month period, Executive also will not provide any Competitor with any advice or counsel concerning the provision of Restricted Services anywhere in such geographic area.
