Common use of Post-Funding Reallocations Clause in Contracts

Post-Funding Reallocations. In the event that at any time the Disbursement Agent determines that the allocations made in any previous Advance Requests pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Section 2.5 were erroneous or inaccurate, the parties shall cooperate to rectify such misallocations by allocating future Advances in a manner that accounts for the previous misallocation or by using such other methods reasonably determined by the Disbursement Agent.

In the event that at any time the Disbursement Administrative Agent determines that the allocations made in any previous Advance Requests Disbursement Request pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Section 2.5 1.5 were erroneous or inaccurate, the parties shall cooperate to rectify such misallocations by allocating future Advances Disbursements in a manner that accounts for the previous misallocation or by using such other methods reasonably determined by the Disbursement Administrative Agent.
