Satisfaction of Funding Obligations. All disbursements made pursuant to Sections 2.6.1, 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 above shall satisfy, in and of themselves, the obligations of the Disbursement Agent, the Funding Agents and each Lender hereunder and under the relevant Facility Agreements with respect to the Advance so made and (except for amounts which were obtained from the Company's Funds Account) shall be secured by the Facilities' respective Security Documents, if any, to the same extent as if made directly to the Company, regardless of the disposition thereof by the payees of such disbursements.
