Common use of Post Graduate Year I Clause in Contracts

Post Graduate Year I. For the purpose of this Memorandum, an employee shall be defined as a person employed in a coded unclassified position in the bargaining unit covered by this Memorandum. Employees are expected to provide professional medical care to patients and to receive graduate medical education encompassing hands on experience, proctoring, guidance and supervision.
