Post-Incident. Any employee shall be subject to an immediate post-incident alcohol and drug test when involved in a "critical incident." A "critical incident" may be defined as: a) The actions of any at-work employee which results in the death of a person by any means; b) One that results in bodily injury to the employee, co-workers, student(s) or staff, damage to University equipment, vehicles or causes the vehicles to be towed.
