Post-Maturity and Penalty Interest. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if any portion of the principal amount of the Loan or any interest accrued thereon shall not be paid when due and payable, any such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to twelve percent (12%).
