Post-Secondary School. Level includes a program of courses, at an institution described in subparagraph (a)(ii) of the defnition “designated educational institution” in subsection 118.6(1) of the Act, of a technical or vocational nature designed to furnish a person with skills for, or improve a person’s skills in, an occupation.
