POST TERMINATION INTERIM SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS. 5.1 In the event that this Agreement expires under section 0, it is the intent of the Parties to provide in this Section for interim service arrangements between the Parties at the time of expiration so that service to end users will not be interrupted should a new agreement not be consummated prior to the End Date. Therefore, except in the case of termination as a result of either Party’s default under section 0, or for termination upon sale under section 0, for service made available under this Agreement and existing as of the End Date, may continue uninterrupted at the request of either Party if:
