Common use of Postclosing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Postclosing Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Seller shall execute, and shall cause its operating general partner to execute, a Postclosing Agreement with the Buyers including covenants not to compete with the Buyers in the markets served by the Stations and agreements to indemnify the Buyers in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

Postclosing Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Seller Sellers shall execute, and shall cause each of its operating general partner shareholders to execute, a Postclosing Agreement with the Buyers including covenants not to compete with the Buyers in the markets served by the Stations Sellers and agreements to indemnify the Buyers in the form of Exhibit C D attached hereto.
