Postdated and Stale Dated Checks. We may honor any draft without consideration of the date. We will honor your written request not to pay a postdated check until the date on the check, but only if such written request is received prior to the check being presented to FPCU. We are not required to honor any check drawn on your account that is presented more than six months beyond the date of the check.
