Posting of Charters. All known work will be posted three days in advance of the trip leaving. This posting will show the address of the customer. The Union chair will meet with the Company as required to investigate any problems with the previous charters. School to School, Late Runs and Activity Runs Will be posted and allocated by seniority. Out of town school charters be given to the senior drive serving that school. Minimum Payment for Charter Work A charter shall be paid a two and a quarter (2.25) hour minimum at current charter rate.
Posting of Charters. A copy of the dispatch sheet showing the allocation of that day’s charter will be posted each day for a twenty-four (24) hour period. When customers book late or in an emergency, dispatch will add the assigned driver’s name on the next day’s posting. A missed charter will constitute a turn in the rotation. Questions regarding the dispatch sheet are to be processed with an individual xxxxxxx appointed by the Local who will meet with the Location Manager or designate to review any questions on a weekly basis. The lists will be posted and a copy given to the Union Chairperson. Copies of the Charter Rotation sheets showing charter allocations will be provided to the Union Chairperson/designate.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible.   • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year.
