Common use of Postoupení Clause in Contracts

Postoupení. Neither Provider nor Principal Investigator may assign this Agreement or any associated agreements, without Sponsor’s prior written consent. Any attempt made by Site or Principal Investigator to assign or delegate this Agreement in violation of this Article 14 shall be of no force or effect.

Případný pokus pracoviště nebo hlavního zkoušejícího postoupit nebo přenést tuto smlouvu v rozporu s tímto článkem 14 nebude mít žádnou platnost ani účinnost.
