Postponement of participation by Guarantor in security. The Guarantor shall not be entitled to participate in any security held by the Landlord in respect of the Tenant’s obligations to the Landlord under this Lease or to stand in the place of the Landlord in respect of any such security until all the obligations of the Tenant or the Guarantor to the Landlord under this Lease have been performed or discharged.

The Guarantor shall not be entitled to participate in any security held by the Landlord in respect of the Tenant’s obligations to the Landlord under this Deed and/or the Lease or to stand in the place of the Landlord in respect of any such security until all the obligations of the Tenant or the Guarantor to the Landlord under this Deed and/or the Lease have been performed or discharged.
